These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Staffty mobile application (the "App"), provided by Mayo AI Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Staffty is provided to you because your employer (a "Restaurant Partner") has enrolled in the Staffty platform and authorized your access. You must be an employee or authorized worker of a Restaurant Partner and of legal working age in your jurisdiction to use the App.
Staffty provides shift scheduling, daily briefings, attendance check-in, leave requests, and gamified daily tasks (quests, points, streaks, and team rankings) to help restaurant teams coordinate and stay engaged with their work.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us or your employer's administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you; interfere with or disrupt the App's operation; reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the App or its content; or submit false attendance, location, or task information.
Points, XP, levels, streaks, and leaderboard rankings within the App are virtual elements intended to support training and motivation. They have no cash value and do not constitute a guarantee of any compensation, bonus, or benefit. Any real-world rewards tied to in-app performance are determined solely by your employer (the Restaurant Partner), not by Mayo AI Inc..
The App may include an AI-powered assistant that answers questions about menu items, schedules, or workplace procedures. Responses are provided for informational convenience and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Always follow your employer's official guidance and procedures when there is any discrepancy.
By using the check-in/check-out features, you consent to the App accessing your device's location at the moment of check-in solely to confirm attendance at your workplace, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App, including its design, software, trademarks, logos, and content (excluding data you submit), is owned by Mayo AI Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely as intended for your employment with a Restaurant Partner.
Your access to the App may be suspended or terminated if your employment with the Restaurant Partner ends, if your employer discontinues use of Staffty, or if you violate these Terms. We may also suspend or terminate access to protect the security or integrity of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mayo AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App where reasonably possible.
